The Library is excited to be able to offer children the opportunity to view The Putnam Museum's mobile planetarium here in Ely! This is possible thanks to the generosity of the Ely Legion 555 loaning their hall for the afternoon, and a grant from Thrivent Choice Financial Group to pay for some of the cost. The planetarium will be at the Legion from 2:00-3:00 and it will be able to accommodate about 35 people at a time. Approx.100 people will be able to tour it.
